Airy and amazingly comfortable rooms and central location. A bathtub bath, shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Wonderful and polite staff.

We had a great stay at this cozy apartment in the heart of the charming old town. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen and a comfortable living room. the atmosphere was truly authentic, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the local culture. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to dine outside on the small round table and chairs provided. It was a wonderful experience that you won't find in typical hotels. Cons: No issues found. 😊.

I appreciated the apartment although some things didn't work.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. Its room was fully-equipped and large with terrace, TV, for instance. Generally everything was perfectly fine, however the apartment has tiny bathroom. The neighbourhood was peaceful.

The location was marvellous and incredible, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Fortezza of Rethymno. And thoroughly enjoyed how close we were to a bakery and a convenience shop. Had a TV, a couch, and a dressing table to use. Everything was simply wonderful.

I got great value for my money at Katrina House in Rethymno. The room was clean, spacious, and had plenty of natural light. The location was central and convenient, with lots of quality restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and communication was good throughout my stay.

The breakfast option could be improved with a better selection.

Kitchenette was equipped with an electric kettle, fridges and an oven. I had a few drinks at Veneto Wine Restaurant, located near the venue, before going to sleep.

The location of the accommodation was perfect as it was close to everything. We loved being in the heart of the Old Town surrounded by charming narrow streets, souvenir shops, cafes, and restaurants. It truly had the Venetian style ambiance. Plus, there was a closed street where we could conveniently park our car.

Despite a few minor inconveniences like the lack of cellphone signal and no hooks in the rooms, our overall experience was wonderful.
